Sidebar Part 8 of 11: Account Settings



In this series of articles, we’re highlighting the different options found in the SproutBeat Navigation Sidebar. Part 8 covers the eighth icon: Account Settings

Managing your SproutBeat account has never been easier! Let me walk you through this section where you can update your account and payment details, as well as make changes to your subscription plan.

Basic Housekeeping

First up, we have the ‘General‘ tab. Here, you can edit your account information, whether it’s your username, email address, or if you need to reset your password. It’s your go-to place for all things related to your account credentials.

Need a different plan? Make changes here

Next, there’s the ‘Membership‘ tab. Need to change your plan? No problem! Just click on the ‘Change Plan‘ button and follow the prompts. Use the slider to pick a new plan, whether it’s monthly or annual, and the system will automatically adjust your account and charge you accordingly. Do keep in mind that changing your plan will reset your due date. And if you ever need to cancel your membership, there’s a handy button on the top right corner for that too.

We’ve even designed a nifty ‘Show me the math’ calculator. It helps you figure out how much you should add to your students’ monthly fee or yearly registration to cover the cost of SproutBeat, or even to see your potential earnings. It’s a fantastic tool for teachers looking to increase their earnings.

And for those of you with larger studios, if you need more than 50 student accounts, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’ll work with you to come up with a customized plan that suits your specific needs.

Update credit card information

Lastly, in the ‘Payments‘ tab, you can easily edit your credit card information, review your payment history, and check any SproutBeat credits you might have. It’s all about giving you the control and flexibility you need to manage your account seamlessly.
