Terms of Service

By signing up, you agree to the following terms

  • Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • All memberships are auto-renewed at the end of the term.
  • Cancelling your membership does not warrant a refund.
  • SproutBeat credit is not redeemable for cash.
  • Respect the copyright holder. Any copying or redistribution of the materials outside your studio is strictly prohibited.
  • Materials are not downloadable. They are best used inside the application.
  • Use of the materials in SproutBeat is limited to those with a valid membership. If you cancel, or your membership lapses otherwise, please discontinue use of the materials immediately.
  • Content included in your SproutBeat membership is for the use of the member-only, their students, and their employee teachers. Sharing of content with others is not permitted.
  • Do not print materials to commercially market and/or sell to anyone outside of your studio.
  • Any violations of these terms will result in the immediate termination of your SproutBeat account without a refund.
